Antiques & train memorabilia add to the warm and unique environment that will keep your guests talking…before, during and after your event. Private and elegant, The Depot is perfect for Executive Retreats, Private Parties, Wedding Rehearsal Dinners, Team Building and Board Meetings and more. A walk around our campus will complete your experience as you tour our collection of beautifully renovated historic train cars and ride on the 1/3 scale Scioto Valley Railroad.

The Depot may border the CSX railroad, but it feels like you're in Yesteryear. With astonishingly beautiful boxcars restored back to their original glory, it's easy for visitors to imagine what it was like in 1880 to travel by train in Brice, Ohio. Rare furniture and train antiques disguise state-of-the-art communication technology attractively embedded in the facility. Our Scioto Valley Railroad is commanded by a GE 70 ton scale locomotive and pulls enough cars for up to 25 riders. It encircles the property and brings smiles to kids of all ages. We cordially invite you to visit The Depot for a truly memorable experience.

When you schedule your meeting or party at The Depot you are renting a true rail museum that adds interest and delight to any meeting or party. You'll be able to serve food in our Great Northern Ranch dining Car, ride the trolley or explore the Vulcan Steam Locomotive that hauled stone from the near by Marble Cliffs quarries. Everywhere you look you will find authentic rail artifacts.

And, we are improving the property and adding history all of the time. For instance, in November 2007 we added Car 100, a beautiful private executive car built in 1886 for the Ringling Brothers.  Click here to see the developments scheduled for 2008-2009

More than a conference center, our passion for rail has lead to our involvement with groups such as Ohio Rail Tourism, All Aboard Ohio, Ohio Rail Development Commission, Ohio Railway Museum and the Ohio Department of Development. The Depot has become one of the main centers for rail activity in Ohio.
